FALL IS HERE

I love fall! I love the way the leaves crunch and smell, I love the way that the air feels crisp and clean. I love the fact that I no longer need to use the A/C in my car or at home. I love the wet grass and misty mornings. Most of all I love the fact that I can wear my favorite fashion item - the hoodie sweatshirt! And of course I will accessorize in true Utah style with my flip flops! Yes, I will wear them religiously all year round. Yay to fall!

Steve took this picture on top of Baldy.

Seeing tall pines like this make me miss Mineral. Can you believe I just said that! I actually miss that little podunk town. We took the rest of these pictures near Schofield on the deer hunt. It was the first snow of the season and was beautiful - except the mud inside the truck and trailer.

Check out this sunrise! I took this off of my front porch. I know it is hard to believe I was up before the sun!

Another thing I like about fall is FOOTBALL! Yes, I love to watch it on T.V. and everything. Avery likes it sometimes too. Unfortunately his team didn't win any games this year - it was so sad! The coaches didn't seem to know how to put players in the right spots they seemed more obsessed with the fact that they wanted everyone to play.

The girls are never happy with the fact that they have to go and watch him play for a couple of hours. Unless they get to go to the snack bar - which as you can see, they didn't get to do this time.

So sad!

Even sadder! (is that a word?)

Braxton loves it! He gets to see the world and be outside!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Happy Halloween!

This year Braxton was a Monkey! Jess, picked this up for him at Old Navy because his nickname is "Chunky Monkey" - isn't he SO cute!

Avery was Death as usual. He managed to get away with trick-or-treating for one last year by "helping" with the girls.

MaKenzie was a Midnight Fairy that we came up with. We did buy the wings but made them our own by decorating them with some glitter paint and rhinestones. Gotta have some bling!

Krista was a beautiful princess. By the end of the night she wasn't acting so pretty unfortunately.

They did have a lot of fun and of course got way too much candy!

Here we go!

O.K. So, everyone seems to be getting in on this whole blogging thing so I figured that I may as well follow suit and do it too. Yes, I know, the whole lesson that you teach your kids about doing what everyone else is doing is ringing in my ears. "If so and so stuck their head in the toilet would you do it too?" My answer, Yes! I would! At least in this case anyway.
Time seems to be passing so quickly and there are many days that there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done. Especially since I started school. Hence, THE BLOG! I must say that it truly is an ingenious idea. I don't ever have enough time to call or write to anyone, just ask my family, so now I will put it out there for the whole world to see. Well, we'll see how it goes. I am not the best writer or very entertaining but hey, if you don't like it then don't look! Love you all!
